Out and About

During Ipswich Festival week some of our SeniorNet members enjoyed each others company and took the time to see "Magatha Mysterie" Who Dunit.

A cast of 28 from the Ipswich Seniors Concert Group played to two packed houses at the Civic Hall. The audience enjoyed musical favourites like Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend  and Toot Toot Tootsie Good Bye and many more.

The real reason our members attended the show was to support SeniorNet's President Gordon Timbs who played a flirtatious role as one of the honey moon couple kicking up  his heels. Gordon must have performed at his best because the smiles of those above indicate exactly how much they enjoyed the show. There were other SeniorNet members who attended the show but they did not make the social page of the Queensland Times.

This was a wonderful afternoon of musical comedy. The Ipswich Festival continues with a lots of fun for our Ipswich Community and visitors to enjoy.
